Please note we do not warrant that the above items will resolve the problems you have, or enable you to complete the installation of the Coship product you have. They are simply tools in the form of instructions, computer programmes and firmware upgrades.
This Digital Support Package does not include telephone or email support, however this is available at further cost if required.
On Your Site Technical Service
If you require us to visit your location to assist you to resolve any setup issues this service is available based on our standard Technical Support Rates. This costs is $95+GST per hour, excluding travel time and distance. This is charged at actual travel time and 50cents per km.
On Our Site Technical Service
If your installation is mobile (as it a caravan) you are able to visit our location to assist you to resolve any setup issues this service is available based on our standard Technical Support Rates. This costs is $85+GST per hour. We can accommodate drive in for most campervans, holiday buses and caravans.
These two services require prior booking to ensure we are available to provide you with courteous and timely professional attention.
Remote Control
We will shortly add replacement remote controls. These are general purpose IR Learning Remote Control Units where we will re-programme the commands from the CDVB 2500E
