Interactive Division: Multi touch Software helped InvestAuckland capture attention at the DHL Marine Showcase during the Volvo Ocean Race.
Auckland City Council's lead development agency used a twin pair of multi touch HoloDesk interactive surfaces to create dynamic engagement in the DHL Marine Innovation Showcase. InvestAuckland an agency within ATEED, is challenged with promoting Auckland as an idea location for investment or establishing a company. The marine showcase ran in conjunction with the Volvo Ocean Cup race Auckland stopover from 9 - 18 March.
InvestAuckland was keen to move away from simply handing out brochures and believed that multi touch interactive surface would be ideal. Atteed had previously used the HoloDesk system at The Cloud Innovation Showcase during the Rugby World Cup 2011 as part of the Business Club activities.
